Q. Why is some of the activities I recorded on my MapMy app has not been retrieved by the API?
A. There are times when a recorded activity is not uploaded to the MapMyFitness data cloud due to several factors. When this happens, the recorded data will not be available in the MapMyFitness API. These workouts will appear in the app's "Unsynced Workouts" section (App settings > Unsynced Workouts) and can be synced/save there. Once synced, the data should appear in the MapMyFitness API which we can then retrieve. For more information, please refer here.
