Q: I connected to BodyTrace before November 3, 2015, why is my data not coming through Validic?
For users that connected to BodyTrace before November 3, 2015 and are not receiving data, the BodyTrace device must be disconnected and then reconnected to Validic using the full 15 digit serial number. Before that date, users were able to connect using the incomplete 13 middle digits of the serial number. Users that entered the full 15 digit serial number will continue to receive data.

Q: Will I be able to retrieve data that was missed due to the partial serial number that was entered when I connected to Validic?
Unfortunately, any data that was missed before the serial number is corrected is unretrievable.
